Service was fast. Customer service was nice. Only problem I had was initially I was going to have to pay $100 plus dollars. I said this was my second service on this vehicle which was supposed to be free, so they kind of corrected it. The next invoice was for a lower amount but they quickly changed it to the correct one. Free. Other than that, it was great.

Jack Townsend was very friendly and seemed to understand and document my concerns and get them addressed with the team appropriately. It would have been nice to have a better estimate on time to completion or maybe just some other updates along the way because I was at the dealership quite a bit longer than I expected based on our conversation. The amount of time was totally reasonable given how busy everything was but I just didn't have a good gauge at the outset or along the way to match how long I was there. I was satisfied with the service and wish him the best in this position.

Service adviser, Jack, was very friendly and made sure all me needs were met. Wait time for service was as told. Would like to have had Aggieland do my wiper replacements, but was told that orders for parts there were needed still were in transit. Jack checked auto stores in the area and found that Napa Auto Parts at 2790 Osborn Lane, had them. No fault of Jack's, that is not a shop that has knowledgeable employees. The employee broke the rear wiper arm in trying to replace the wiper. The business is supposed to ship me a new one. Driving home using the front wiper replacements, the wipers just did not clear the rain water like it should. I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Brenham ( my home), and found out the front wipers were not for my Trax. They put on the correct ones. Just wanted Aggieland to know about the Napa shop.

It started out very bad - but ended well. When I arrived for a "scheduled appointment", I was told I need to leave my work truck for potentially 5-7 days...Wait what? It is my work truck - I can't shut down my business for 5 to 7 days while it waits idly in the parking lot for someone to look at it - not fix it - just diagnose it. If you are going to allow people to "Schedule an Appointment" than you should be able to handle the diagnostic on the day of the appointment. Can you imagine showing up for a Dr or Dentist or any other "appointment" and them telling you they need to keep your teeth for 5-7 until the dentist can look at them. Your service manager was kind enough to speak with me and perhaps because I was frustrated or parts for another vehicle were delayed but he got my truck in the que quicker. I got it back the same day - replacement of thermostat and related parts. So - I am grateful and appreciative that I did not have to shut my business down for 5-7 days while someone "got to my truck", but you all should rethink the "Scheduled Appointment" process. If you can't start diagnosis and or work on the day for the appointment - don't allow customers to schedule appointments online - or at least be clear to customers - telling them in advance that "Scheduling an Appointment does not translate to your vehicle being serviced at the time of the appointment". Another option would be to put people in a que - if the issue with the vehicle is minor - let them keep using the vehicle and notify them a time slot has opened up.

I brought my vehicle in for an ongoing problem with my speakers. The speakers rattled and I brought them in on two different occasions to have them repaired as the speakers needed to be ordered. Now the left side speaker is rattling, not all the time, but occasionally. I did call to report this, but didn't get a call back. I am frustrated because I don't think this is an issue that can be corrected.

First, I only come to this dealership when I went to low on my oil change and can’t make it to Houston. This dealership is not friendly at all, customer service is very pleasant. To be honest only area that’s nice is where you pay for service. I hate to use the racial or bias statement, it seems that way. Only time I’m approached again is trying to offer me something to purchase. As I sit and observe, everyone else is ask would the like water, we’re almost finished with you vehicle etc. Me, a black man, I’m greeted when I pull up only. I understand because this is not my first encounter here. Thanks fo changing my oil.

service department ignored customers waiting by answering the phone and talking among themselves. I lost my phone and had my wife call and she spoke with Josh and told him to call her number when the truck was ready. He still continued to call the lost phone and she had to call him to see if truck was ready. My wife went to pick up the truck after someone finally decided to help her after 15 minutes they had her go to the window to check out-the lady did not have the keys so she had to go back around to service where no one knew where the keys were, so they started searching and finally the truck was pulled up. She spent a total of 45 minutes trying to pick up my truck that was ready but still sitting in shop.

Malek Edwards was amazing!! I purchased a Chevrolet Equinox EV. This is the 4th electric car I’ve purchased. Normally when I buy an EV, the sales team has no clue about the car or the features. I have to do my own research and test things for myself. However, Malek Edwards was a subject matter expert! He was not only able to confirm some of the features that I was looking for, he showed me how to turn on any I requested and taught me about features I was unaware of. First of all, there was not enough chairs for the amount of customers in the waiting room. Second, I had a coupon for $69.95 & $2 in GM points & still ended up paying $74.15. Now looking on Google, I see that I could be gotten my oil change for $64.95! But I had a coupon they mailed to me for $69.95. Rip off!! Plus they charged me sales tax & miscellaneous supply costs! Just say the price up front & cut out all the fine print! Third, the mileage on my receipt & on the sticker in the window did not match my odometer. I had to drive all the way back to have them check my oil in front of me to be sure they really serviced MY car! Miraculously the oil was full & clean!

I feel like making an appointment was a waste of time. There were vehicles that were walkins being taken before mine. Next time I won't bother taking the time to look up the number and make the call and show up early for my "appointment" that still took an hour and a half past the scheduled time to do an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up early for the appointment as well. Was disappointed to find out that car wash and vacuuming no longer offered as part of service. The staff were exceptionally friendly. And helpful.

I called Joshua first thing on a Monday morning to notify him I was having the vehicle towed to his location and provided him all my warranty documents. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and the vehicle was repaired and returned to me in 3 days. This was a pleasurable experience for an unfortunate situation and I will definitely use Aggieland Chevrolet again if the need arises.

I brought my 3500hd dully in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Oil was done fine but the tire rotation was unacceptable. They just moved the front tires to the rear and the rear outside to the front. Did nothing to the inside rear tires. Did not check air pressures and the air pressure gauges on the rims air now in the wrong location.

As a new customer, I was shocked to learn that tire rotation was not part of an oil change but an additional charge. An hour and a half for an oil change is a long time in my opinion. On the other hand the service writer was great and very courteous. In total fairness I must add this oil change and tire rotation cost me nothing since I just purchased the his vehicle from Aggieland Chevrolet.
